Exhibit Hall Tables
Exhibit tables are located in a dedicated 1500 square foot room on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 2:45-4:45pm. During off hours, the room are secured. Tables may not have access to electrical outlets. Space is limited.
If you reserve a table, you may set up on Wed. May 13 from 3-6pm or Thurs. May 14 from 9-9:45am.
Half and whole eight foot tables are available:
Whole table (8 feet): $110
Half table (4 feet): $65
Table sizes and locations shown are approximate.
Reserve a Table
To reserve a table, do the following:
Select your table size and quantity, and click Add to Cart. The reservation form will appear.
Submit the form. The reservation fee will be added to your cart.
Visit your cart and check out. A member of the conference committee will be in touch about your reservation.
